Privacy you can see

Local first isn’t a setting. It’s the default boundary.

Your documents, extracted text, profiles, and local database stay on your machine. Use Ollama or LM Studio for offline analysis, or explicitly choose a bring-your-own-key cloud provider when you want one.

There is no telemetry or remote logging. Optional Google Drive backup is encrypted and opt-in.
